Mission of Recruiting Specialist:

As a Sourcing Specialist, your mission is to prospect and identify top-tier talent, pre-screen and evaluate before moving candidates seamlessly through the recruiting process. Serving as the front line in talent assessment, you play a crucial role in identifying candidates who align with the requirements of our clients. Through intuitive insights and innovative sourcing techniques, the goal is to cultivate mutually beneficial connections between clients and outsourced professionals, fostering a culture of growth and empowerment within the global workforce.

Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Efficient Sourcing Techniques:
    • Innovate and implement effective sourcing strategies, headhunting for the ideal candidates based off of culture fit, skillset & experience .
    • Leverage passive sourcing by strategically posting job advertisements on relevant job boards and industry-specific platforms.
    • Leveraging referral networks and social media to tap into additional candidate pools
  • Optimizing Sourcing Strategies:
    • Must be highly effective in LinkedIn search and outreach methods as well as Job Postings to attract high-quality candidates
    • Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to conduct precise and targeted searches for candidates with specific skill sets.
    • Crafting Compelling Job Posts to attract engaged candidates
  • Efficient Screening Processes:
    • Efficiently screen candidates, ensuring their qualifications align with client requirements.
    • Reviewing resumes, candidates videos, as well as an integrated grading system within out ATS which will help speed and streamline the process
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate seamless communication between candidates, interviewers, and clients.
  • Elevated Candidate Experience:
    • Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
  • Recruiting Process Development:
    • Offering support in building the most valuable, effective, and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professionals.
  • Project Management:
    • Must be able to clarify details, set priorities, set deadlines, and move forward on projects effectively.
  • ATS Implementation and Management:
    • Must be able to utilise the most effective ATS trackers for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate, and ensure there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles
  • Continuous Innovation Initiatives:
    • Constantly seeking improvements for higher quality candidates, improving processes, and client satisfaction.
    • Ability to process data, arrive at conclusions and communicate solutions to make improvements within your personal performance

    • Advancement to Screening Specialist: You will be fully supported in advancing to Screening Specialist t when demonstrating a keen aptitude and intuition for identifying which candidates would be great fits with the clients we have. This will also demand excellent communication skills as you delve into directly interviewing candidates and determine whether they will be a great fit. You can essentially become the gatekeeper between the front-lines and the clients we work closely with
