Responsibilities of the Sourcing Specialist:

  • Inbound Sourcing Strategies:
    • Crafting Compelling Job Posts to attract engaged candidates
    • Posting job advertisements on relevant job boards and industry-specific platforms
    • Reviewing candidate resumes as well as video submissions
    • Leveraging referral networks and social media to tap into additional candidate pools
  • Outbound Sourcing Strategies:
    • Must be highly effective at using LinkedIn Recruiter search features and filters to headhunt high-quality candidates
    • Apply advanced Boolean search techniques to conduct precise and targeted searches for candidates with specific skill sets.
    • Innovate and implement effective sourcing strategies, headhunting for the ideal candidates based off of culture fit, skillset & experience.
  • Interview Scheduling:
    • Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers and ensure that all required documentation is provided to the candidate prior to the interview
  • Elevated Candidate Experience:
    • Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle
    • Ensure that all Job Post Applicants are responded to in a timely manner
  • ATS Implementation and Management:
    • Must be able to utilise the most effective ATS trackers for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate, and ensure there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles
  • Admin:
    • Ensuring that there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles and that they are in the correct stages
    • Updating trackers with daily, weekly, monthly metrics
    • End-of-day reporting
  • Continuous Innovation Initiatives:
    • Offering support in building the most valuable, effective, and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professionals. Constantly seeking improvements for higher quality candidates, improving processes, and client satisfaction.
    • Ability to process data, arrive at conclusions and communicate solutions to make improvements within your personal performance
  • Project Management: (nice-to-have) You may be assigned a project from time to time
    • Must be able to clarify details, set priorities, set deadlines, and move forward on projects effectively.

Specifics:

  • Time
    • Full Time, 5am-2pm MNL (8hrs with a 1hr break)
      • Be available during business hours to communicate responsively with your direct supervisor and teammates
    • This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere

In your first 30 days on the job:

Here's an outline of what you can expect in your first 30 days on the job as a Sourcing Specialist

First 2 weeks:

  • Daily 1-on-1 meetings with the Recruitment Manager to provide personalized guidance and support during your initial onboarding phase.
  • Reviewing SOP’s and Trainings critical to your building your understanding of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll be conducting
  • Shadowing Sourcers to understand the Daily Flow and core responsibilities
  • Shadowing Sourcing Specialists as well as Recruitment Manager on Sourcing Sessions to ensure we are targeting the correct candidates on the front-end
  • Taking on the sourcing for 3 Client Accounts. This involves building a LinkedIn Candidate Pool & Search parameters, as well as creating a pipeline within our ATS System

Next 30 days:

  • Setting monthly Projections and Targets and tracking your numbers daily
  • Sourcing for all roles actively assigned to your Pod
  • Conducting 15min Initial Screening Interviews (for LinkedIn candidates)
  • Note-taking on all candidates, and uploading these to the ATS System whilst making sure the candidates are copied into the correct pipelines/stages
  • Reviewing SOPs and Trainings critical to your building your understanding and success within your role
  • Bridging into alternative sourcing pools for finding talent - Social Media Groups, Referral Networks
