Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Order Management:
    • Process clients' orders, refunds, and product exchanges efficiently
    • Organize and maintain the order of replacement products to ensure a smooth pick/pack/ship process
  • Customer Service:
    • Serve as the front-line responder for customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service
    • Manage and record the status of customer replacements, and report on trends regarding product issues that arise
    • Solve problems to provide the best possible experience for our customers
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work directly with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer needs and improve processes
    • Provide feedback to the organization on how to better manage and address issues that arise
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform weekly cleanup of files to ensure data is current and organized
    • Upsell other products as necessary to meet customer needs and company goals
    • Handle other responsibilities as assigned, based on experience level and job growth
  • Others:
    • Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support the team and company objectives
