Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cold Messenger Outreach:
    • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using provided logins to represent the client
    • Reach out to investors, wealth managers, accountants, and real estate developers with established business networks
  • Outbound Calls:
    • Conduct calls using an autodialer to contacts within the CRM
    • Follow a structured call cadence, including:
      • Introduction: Open the conversation based on the prospect's business background
      • Discovery: Explore the prospect's needs and potential fit
      • Scheduling: Set up live or follow-up calls as appropriate
  • CRM Management:
    • Nurture and follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
    • Oversee the management of pipeline stages to ensure accurate tracking and progression of leads.
  • Reporting:
    • Track and report on key statistics including:
      • Dial Counts: Number of calls made.
      • Outreach Efforts: Number of messages sent.
      • Call Records: Document and review call details.
  • Daily Meetings:
    • Be present in a Zoom breakout room for the entirety of your shift to facilitate real-time feedback from the team and leaders.
    • Participate in weekly team meetings, with a starting frequency of 2-3 times per week.
