Our client is expanding their team and searching for a Sales Development Representative to help meet the growing need for compassionate outreach to homeowners in financial distress. Each day, they connect with families behind on payments or facing foreclosure—offering education, support, and real solutions that help them either stay in their homes or move forward with dignity. In this role, you won’t just be generating leads—you’ll be the first trusted voice for families navigating difficult decisions.

As the frontline of their mission, your outreach helps drive revenue while making a real difference in people’s lives. If you're someone who can turn cold calls into warm conversations and heartbreak into hope, this is your time to shine. 🙏


Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Cold Outreach:
    • Reach out to homeowners at risk of foreclosure, offering education and support to help them navigate their situation.
    • Pull 5-10 new leads daily from the Country Reporter website, which lists homes slated for foreclosure.
    • Lead Flow (Grow-into-area):
      • Additional lead generation through Joint Ventureships, as well as upcoming marketing campaigns on TikTok and YouTube Ads.

  • Discovery/Triage Calls:
    • Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per day for undistracted discovery calls.
    • Understand the prospect’s current situation by asking key questions such as:
      • Are they able to sell their home?
      • Do they have savings or are they employed?
      • Can they afford to continue the foreclosure process?
      • What is their emotional state regarding the situation?
      • Confirm that the properties in question have high value and double-check the data, as it is AI-driven.
    • Goal Outcome - Identify prospects who are financially unable to manage their foreclosure and need assistance to stop the process.

  • Objection Handling:
    • Common Objections:
      • "No, it's a mistake."
      • "We’ve already handled our foreclosure."
      • "We have an attorney involved."
    • Use the provided objection-handling tool to help navigate and address these responses with confidence and empathy.

  • Follow-Up Sprints:
    • Engage with leads across various platforms, including text, voicemail, email, and Facebook messages.
    • Consistently follow up with leads from multiple angles to ensure no opportunity is missed.
    • Continue to nurture leads who may not be ready to move forward yet, ensuring long-term engagement.

  • Appointment Setting for the Closer:
    • Appointment Setting:
      • Book calls for the closer by aligning with their availability and the prospect’s schedule.
    • CRM Updates:
      • Update GoHighLevel contact cards with relevant notes and information.
    • Slack/CRM Communication:
      • Provide daily summaries and updates in Slack/CRM systems to ensure alignment and clarity.

  • Self-Review and Optimization:
    • Regularly review calls to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
    • Always look for ways to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Calls: Make 150+ calls per day.
    • Conversations: Engage in 15+ meaningful conversations per day.
    • Texts: Send 50+ text messages daily.
    • Follow-Ups: Execute 10x follow-up attempts for each initial contact.
    • Booked Calls: Secure more than 10 booked calls per week.
    • Talk Time: Maintain 2-3 hours of talk time daily.
    • Conversion Rate: Convert at least 25% of qualified conversations into booked meetings.
    • Show Rate: Achieve a show rate of over 70% for booked calls.
