Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:

  • Sales Support
    • Manage initial inbound sales calls with potential clients
      • Inform clients of potential funding, explain the process and products, qualify prospects, outline pricing, and walk them through the contract
    • Send initial texts to clients to confirm calls for the day
    • Handle reschedules as needed
    • Follow up with clients who have received contracts and be available for phone calls
  • Lead Qualification
    • Utilize a provided script to ask key qualifying questions such as credit score, current income, tax filings (personal and business), highest credit limit, opened loans or credit cards, desired acquisition, timeline for moving forward, and any late payments or derogatories on the credit report.
    • Estimate quotes based on the provided model and work towards closing deals
    • Address client objections effectively (nice to have).
  • Contract Management
    • Guide clients/prospects through the contract signing process.
    • Ensure agreements are signed during the initial 30-minute call.
  • Follow-Up
    • Reach out to prospects who have been sent contracts but have not yet signed.
    • Make follow-up calls to close deals, get contracts signed, and increase commission earnings.
